Mt Stirling will officially open for the snow season on June 6, 2009.
The resort will again offer a host of outdoor activities, including cross country skiing, telemarking, snowshoeing, snow camping and backcountry snowboarding.
With an average snowfall of 99cm, the mountain has more than 68km of maintained trails, 35km of which are groomed.
